What a scope change looks like
When we find something new
Sometimes the evaluation can’t show everything. Fluids may have reached farther under the flooring than anyone could see, or a second room may be affected once furniture is moved. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found, explain what it changes and wait for your OK.
You’ll never come home to work you didn’t approve or open a bill with charges you didn’t agree to. If the change affects the insurance claim, we update the adjuster too.

We won’t ask for a deposit or a card at the door. We won’t pressure you to sign anything on the spot. We won’t throw away belongings without asking. And we won’t talk about your situation with neighbors or post photos of your home.
