Now hiring cleanup technicians

Meaningful work helping people on their hardest days, in Racine, Kenosha and across southeast Wisconsin. We train new techs on the job to IICRC standards.

What the work is like

Hard work that matters

Our techs clean up after deaths, crimes and accidents, and help families through hoarding cleanouts. It’s physical work in protective gear, and it takes a calm head and a kind heart.

You’ll be trained on safety, bloodborne pathogens, equipment and IICRC standards, and you’ll work alongside experienced leads.

Who does well here

The people we look for

This work suits people who stay calm when things are hard, who are respectful with families who are hurting, and who take pride in doing a job completely. You’ll be in protective gear for long stretches, lifting and carrying, and sometimes working at night.

We care more about character than a résumé. If you’re dependable, kind and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll learn

Training that builds a career

You’ll learn bloodborne pathogen safety, how to use protective equipment, containment, removal and disinfection, odor treatment, biohazard waste packaging and how to document a job for insurance. The work follows IICRC standards, and our leads train new techs on the job.

Some techs grow into leads who run their own area. Our local teams are in Racine, Kenosha, Franklin, West Allis, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Lake Geneva and Janesville.
